Shipping Information

 

Domestic Delivery

Most orders ship out in 2-3 business days, during certain times of the year you may experience delays as long as two weeks for cookie cutter production. You will be emailed a Delivery Confirmation number once it has shipped. Please note that the USPS Delivery Confirmation system is not a true package tracking system. It will typically only tell you when your package has been delivered.

 

All orders are shipped by the method you choose. USPS Priority Mail is typically delivered in 2-3 days from the date of shipment. USPS Express Mail is typically delivered in 1-2 days. Please note that USPS does not guarantee the delivery date.

 

All shipping charges are based on weight and start at $4.60. At anytime, enter your zip code and the actual shipping cost, based on the accumulated weight of the products currently in your shopping cart, will be added to your order total. Once you have entered your zip code, the shipping cost will be recalculated automatically when products are added and removed from the shopping cart.

 

All free shipping promotions items are shipped via USPS First Class. Free shipping promotions apply to US orders only.

 

International Delivery
We will be happy to ship an order to most international destinations. The Customer will be responsible for the cost of international shipping as well as all duties and taxes charged at the time of importation. By Federal Law, we are required to follow all export laws with respect to declaration and customs documentation.

We ship internationally via USPS AirMail, USPS Global Priority Mail or USPS Global Express Mail. Please submit your order online. Besure to provide a valid email address. You will be emailed the actual shipping cost for your approval. Your order will not be processed and your card will not be charged until you have authorized the shipping cost and the total purchase amount.

 

Any free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.

 

Returned Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are returned to us due to an invalid shipping address supplied by the customer. When a package is returned to as Undeliverable, the customer will be notified by email. The merchdise total will be refunded to the credit card used in the transaction. If the customer still wishes to recieve the merchandise, they will need to place a new order.

Lost/Stolen Packages
All domestic orders are sent with Delivery Confirmation. This service verifies delivery, providing you the date, ZIP Code and the time your article was delivered. If delivery was attempted you will get the date and time of attempted delivery. We will gladly work with you to locate your package. It is to our discretion, as to whether lost orders will be resent or if a refund will be issued. Resends or refunds will not be initiated until at least 21 days after the initial shipment. This allows time in case misdelivered or delayed orders are delivered. If your package has been scanned as being delivered, we advise the following for packages that are sent to residential addresses: Check around your home to make sure the package wasn't left outside. Check with any else at the shipping address or neighbors that your USPS delivery person could have left your package with.
Contact your local post office. They should be able to tell you where the package was left or with whom the package was left. Most domestic orders are delivered in 2-3 days from the date of shipment. However, delays do occur due to weather, misdelivery or various other reasons. Please allow 3-4 weeks for your package to be delivered.
