Returns

This policy only applies to purchases made off of "www.bowwowsmeows.com". If you purchased an item off of a third party site such as ebay or Amazon.com please refer to the terms and conditions listed on that site. This policy also, does NOT apply to wholesale orders.

 

RETURNS
If for any reason you are displeased with your purchase from BowWows & Meows, simply return the item(s) to us unused within 30 days after receipt for store credit, unless it was a custom or cusomized order. In the event of a desired exchange, please ship back the item an purchase exchange shipping(***The size or color you wish to exchange for may not be in stock, and may no longer be for sale through us. This does not constitute grounds for a refund). All store credits will expire 30 days from the issue date and will be honored on-line. Please keep in mind that we do not refund shipping charges or purchases, and do not accept COD returns. In the event of a desired exchange you must purchase return shipping. You will automatically be billed 5.00, when the item ships the charges will update to the exact amount, usually $4.05 to 5.80 depending on the item. Click here to purchase exchange shipping.

Please be advised:
- All returned merchandise must be in original condition and packaging.
- You will be billed a 15% re-stocking fee for each item returned, no fee will be charged for size exchanges. Please contact us at returns@bowwowsmeows.com if you need further coordination for your return.
- In the event you receive your item damaged or with a manufacturers defect contact us immediately so that we may properly get you the right product in the right condition.

- No custom orders may be returned or exchanged unless damaged during shipping, in such case they may be exchanged for equal and exact product.
