Looking for that sophisticated dessert, something that screams nothing but class? Well cheesecake shaped like a dog is probably not it, but taste just the same. Take your favorite cookie cutter. Pack the bottom of the cookie cutter with the crust so that no leaks exist between the cutter and plate. Fill the rest with cheesecake and finish preparing as directed.

 

To get the cake out of the cookie cutter is a bit of a trick, for best results, freeze until cake becomes hard. Heat outside of cutter with small torch or lighter and lift cutter off. Top with you favorite topping or serve with you favorite fresh fruit. Cheese Cake below was prepared with the Medium Bone Cookie Cutter, and ChowChow Cookie Cutter. The dog bone is topped with a strawberry glaze.
