Pack the bottom of the cookie cutter with the crust so that no leaks exist between the cutter and plate. Fill the rest with cheesecake and finish preparing as directed.

To get the cake out of the cookie cutter is a bit of a trick, for best results, freeze until cake becomes hard. Heat outside of cutter with small torch or lighter and lift cutter off.
